I can see why Georg's has a 5 star rating... they're fantastic. Great customer service and very helpful and kind. I bought an end of season used snowboard and it was a steal of a deal. They have my business from here on out.
As I told my wife, I have never been to any store anywhere where I have had such friendly, personalized service. Over the summer I was on vacation away from Cedar City where, impulsively, I bought a needed new pair of ski boots. When snow came I finally got to use them skiing. The boots hurt so badly I couldn't use them. I called the store where I bought the boots and was told to start cutting up the liner. I went into Georg's to see what could be done. After thoroughly checking the boots and liners they discovered there was a hidden manufactures defect in the liner. Then, even though Georg did not carry this brand of boot, Georg called the boot company and arranged for new liners to be express shipped to his store for me. The boots are now perfect and Georg didn't even charge me for all his hard work. I have also had experience with almost all of the staff and they are terrific. If you need anything for skiing or boarding, I highly recommend Georg's. They are great people who work honestly with you to make sure you get the product you need.
There's just nothing like a family owned small shop. Especially in the world of big box retail. I love spending money with Georg, Robbie and the family!
